Access to Development Finance

We help private investors bridge the gap to development finance by connecting projects with available funding opportunities. Through pipeline positioning and mapping, we identify the most relevant development aid facilities for each project’s type, sector, and geography. Aliya is a climate and sustainability leader with over 15 years of experience executing renewable energy, decarbonization, and hazard preparedness projects across Africa, Europe, and the U.S. Through her work with organizations including the World Bank IFC, the World Economic Forum, she has engaged with governments, community stakeholders and private sector partners to advance low-carbon, resilient solutions. Her career spans roles in management consulting, venture capital, and technical advisory, giving her a unique ability to combine analytical insight, financial acumen, and practical execution. A recognized thought leader, she brings both global perspective and deep regional expertise to help clients invest with confidence in Africa’s most promising climate opportunities. Aliya holds a BA in Earth Sciences from Oxford University and an MSc in Public Policy from the University of London SOAS.
